What we collect, why, and how to reach us.

Forms

Information you submit through a form is stored securely and used only to respond to your request. We don't sell it.

Newsletter

We email subscribers only with consent. Unsubscribe any time.

Outbound links

When analytics are enabled, we may record which network website was clicked and from which page — never personal information.

What the form fields mean

General inquiry forms ask for a name and email address and offer fields for a phone number and message. Some forms also ask for the business or event name or the page being corrected. These details provide context for the request you choose to send. Keep the message limited to what is needed to understand the inquiry. You do not need to include identification documents, passwords, bank details, or another person’s private records to ask an editorial question.

Property inquiries can include additional context

Depending on the form, you may be offered fields about timing, budget, property type, communities, desired features, commute destination, or a community or street. Those fields help describe the inquiry rather than establish a verified property record or a professional assessment. Review your entries before submitting and leave out unrelated sensitive information. Information submitted through the forms is stored privately and used to respond to the request; it is not a public comment or directory entry merely because you sent it.

Newsletter consent is a separate choice

The newsletter subscription form requests an email address and offers an optional first name. Other inquiry forms offer an optional newsletter consent choice. Sending a correction or asking a question is different from choosing to receive newsletter email. We email subscribers with consent, and subscribers can unsubscribe at any time. The information supplied for a request is not sold. This explanation does not add a new retention schedule or a promise about response timing.

Understand the limits of outbound click information

The outbound-link statement concerns which network site was clicked and the page the click came from when analytics are enabled. It does not mean that personal information from your inquiry is included in that click record. Following a link takes you to another website, where you should read that site’s own explanations before entering information. A disclosed affiliation explains the relationship of the link; it is not a reason to assume every website has identical forms or practices.

Questions about information you submit

Use the contact page if you need to clarify what you sent or ask how this explanation applies to an inquiry. Describe the question without resending unnecessary personal documents. This page explains the existing form, newsletter, and outbound-link points in plain language; it does not offer an additional legal guarantee about every technology or external service. General editorial content also cannot replace advice about a specific legal or privacy concern.
